Is this rocket science?  We have long said that sleeping medications disconnect the conscious from the subconscious.  While we 'appear' to sleep our bodies are actually still functioning subconsciously....hence the frequent reports of 'sleep driving, eating, and walking'!

Interfering with these basic body processes to force / feign sleep is a dangerous practice.

We will continue to find out that ALL medications are extremely dangerous and have many unintended consequences in store for us down the road.

The truth behind the insomnia is hormonal and nutritional deficiencies.  These are caused by our increasingly toxic environment and foods.  They are WORSENED by these medications that are used for TREATMENT.

Additionally, people treat the resulting fatigue with excesses of even MORE MEDICATIONS, and addictions to sugar, caffeine, and nicotine.  This continues to only worsen the underlying problems.

Uncover and restore the underlying deficiencies, carefully remove the excessive medications, and correct and educate the food additions and sleep returns.

REAL sleep, restful, enjoyable, healing sleep.

Its time to wake up (and go to sleep truly) and stop the pill popping, and figure out that returning to natural health is the only choice for our future.

Is there a particular vitamin to take at bedtime that will assure sleep through the night? This waking up at 3 every morning drains us both.

Maintaining hormonal balance is usually the key, as the androgen deficiencies lead to a pro-excitatory and not restful state.

Sleep is when the body heals itself, so interfering with natural sleep is dangerous.

Sleeping pills are hazardous to your health and could cause death from cancer, heart disease, or other illnesses. People who take sleeping pills die more often as as compared to others . So sleeping pills should be avoided so as to save our life.
